Whether you’ve made a commitment to yourself, your family or your colleagues, going to college is a personal decision. So, when you officially enroll at Touro University Worldwide, we make a commitment to you. We’ll provide quality—from the rigor of our challenging curriculum to the unparalleled level of student support. Meanwhile, all you have to do is provide the determination and the drive.
The Application Process
Once you’re ready to enroll, click the ‘Apply Now’ tab to fill out the questionnaire. An enrollment advisor will contact you and answer your questions.
TUW’s simple application form allows you to specify your undergraduate degree and GPA. You must have a Bachelor of Arts or a Bachelor’s of Science degree, or equivalent, from an accredited college, and a minimum 2.5 GPA. Students from international universities are accepted based on standing of the university. You must also have a proficiency in oral and written English, as evaluated in a writing sample and/or a follow-up interview.
If you need any assistance during this process, you can contact the Admissions Counselor at (818) 575-6800 or via e-mail: laurie.jacobs@tourow.edu. After you’ve submitted your application (by clicking the ‘submit’ button), you will have the option of continuing to Touro’s enrollment page to pay the $75 admission fee online. If you prefer, you can also mail a check to Touro, using the address specified.
Transcripts
When you are ready to apply for your degree, your official transcripts are required and are to be sent to the admissions office after you have successfully completed your first four courses and at a time when you are accepted as a candidate for the degree. For a student who holds a degree from an institution outside the United States, at the discretion of the registrar, a request for transcript evaluation may be requested if in the judgment of the admissions committee this is necessary because the undergraduate institution is not known to the admissions committee.
Evaluations acceptable to the U.S. Immigration Service as degree equivalent or from a recognized service such as American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO), Education Credential Evaluators (ECE), or World Education Services (WES) are acceptable and may be required to establish equivalency to a U.S. bachelor’s degree and for the grade equivalency of a 2.5 grade point average. Final decisions are made by the TUW admissions committee.
If you are transferring from another university, a maximum of twelve transfer credits are accepted from accredited educational institutions. Content from courses transferred must be substantially similar to course content of courses required in the program.

The tuition is $500 per unit. Each present course is a three unit course. Cost per course is $1,500. The total MA degree program tuition for a 40 unit program is approximately $15,000 for 10 courses.
