Master of Business Administration
This degree will prepare you with important business and leadership skills. If your career aspirations include leadership with your current organization or in some other organization ? maybe even your own organization ? the MBA can help you reach such a goal. Additionally, this degree is designed to provide students with knowledge in key management areas such as Finance or Strategic Management. As a student in this program you will obtain a background in core aspects of management such as leadership and change management, financial principles, and organizational design. You will also be able to select among several concentrations which will give you greater depth in your chosen area. Finally, you will work with professionals, like yourself, on a capstone project that will bring together the team’s skill to analyze real management situations and create solutions for management challenges.
The Touro Tradition includes a considerable history in the health and behavioral sciences. The Touro MBA continues this tradition by not only providing you with a solid foundation in the “hard” skills of management, but also provides you with an understanding of how these skills integrate with recent understandings in the behavioral side of organizations. Hence, depending on your concentration in the program, part of your program would increase your knowledge of the behavioral aspects of, say, finance or strategic studies. This is part of Touro’s focus on providing you with more value.
