Master of Business Administration

The TUW Master’s Degree Program in Business Administration (MBA) allows students to specialize within the general degree program through concentration options.. This degree will prepare you with important business and leadership skills. If your career aspirations include leadership with your current organization or in some other organization, a TUW MBA can help you reach such a goal. Additionally, this degree is designed to provide students with knowledge to apply to in key management areas such as Finance or Strategic Management.

The Touro MBA is designed to prepare you for important business and leadership responsibilities. Whether you have an undergraduate degree in business already, or whether your degree is in some other area, this program is designed to give you the broad managerial skills needed to lead effectively in businesses of any size. The core of the program prepares you for both the behavioral and business activities sides of leadership. As a student in this program you will also develop a deeper background in one area of specialization by selecting a concentration in your key area of interest. To complete the program you will participate in a capstone project with your peers that will allow you to apply your new knowledge to real-world organizational management.

The MBA program is learner-centered in a number of ways. Class sizes are limited and more personal so you receive more of your professor’s time in class. Capstone Course

The Capstone Course is the culmination course in the MBA degree program and is taken last. Based on an agreement between you and your professor, the Capstone is generally a project reviewed by the primary faculty advisor at the conclusion of your coursework and may serve as a tool for your further research or practice.

Tuition

TUW’s tuition is $500 per semester unit.  Each eight-week long, three-unit course costs $1,500.  There are 13 courses for a total tuition cost of $19,500.  A range of Tuition Assistance Programs (TAP) scholarships and student loans may be available for you so please be sure to ask our friendly Tuition Assistance Counselors if you qualify for these benefits.  Your employer may help you with tuition costs and our Tuition Assistance Counselors can also be very helpful in that regard.
