Open to all qualified students, this program is carefully designed to work well for busy professionals and working adults…like you. A computer and an internet connection is all you need to put you in the “virtual classroom”.
This program is designed to give you considerable control over the pace with which you complete your degree. We understand that demands at home or at work may change your schedule so TUW has structured the MA Degree in Organizational and Leadership Psychology program to allow you the flexibility you need to adjust your course load from one academic term to another.

This MA program is learner-centered in a number of ways. Class sizes are limited and more personal and so you receive more of your professor’s time. All TUW professors are carefully selected for their academic and experiential credentials and because they have a strong interest in teaching each learner.
The Curriculum
The curriculum is comprised of 12 classes. There are 9 core courses and 2 concentration courses of your choice. The concentration courses will provide you with more depth in the areas of Organizational and Leadership Psychology that relate specifically to your goals. Additional concentrations and courses are available by approval of the Chief Academic Officer. There is one Capstone Course Project that is taken at the end of your program. The current curriculum is detailed below. Each term is eight weeks long and there are five terms per year.

Capstone course
The Capstone Course is the culmination course in the Organizational and Leadership Psychology Degree program and is taken last. Based on an agreement between you and your professor, your Capstone Project will be reviewed by the primary faculty advisor at the conclusion of your coursework and may serve as a tool for your further research or practice.
Tuition
TUW’s tuition is $500 per semester unit. Each three-unit course costs $1,500. There are 12 courses for a total tuition cost of $18,000. A range of Tuition Assistance Programs (TAP) scholarships and student loans may be available for you so please ask our friendly Tuition Assistance Counselors if you qualify for these benefits. Additionally, your employer may help you with tuition costs and our Tuition Assistance Counselors can also be very helpful in that regard.
